Analytics
Analytics that show which clicks become FTDs, and which never will
Adfilius Analytics tracks every event from the first click to the validated first-time deposit, so you measure what operators actually pay for. Breakdowns by source, campaign, geo and offer show where deposits come from, and anomaly alerts flag the funnel breaks you would otherwise find at month end.

Works with
The full funnel, not a click counter
#Most affiliate dashboards stop at clicks and registrations. Adfilius follows the whole chain: click, registration, deposit, validated FTD. Each stage is a real event tied back to the click that produced it, so you can see exactly where a funnel leaks instead of guessing from aggregate numbers.
Every metric can be sliced by source, campaign, geo and offer, alone or combined. A campaign that looks healthy in aggregate often hides one geo that converts and three that burn traffic. The breakdowns exist so you find that out in minutes, not at reconciliation.
Quality signals over vanity metrics
#Clicks are cheap and registrations are easy to inflate. What sustains an affiliate business is deposit behavior: how many clicks turn into FTDs, how that ratio moves per source, and whether an offer's conversion quality justifies the traffic you send it.
Adfilius surfaces conversion-quality signals as first-class metrics. Instead of ranking sources by volume, you rank them by what they produce downstream, which is the number your revenue actually depends on.
What it replaces
#The usual setup is a spreadsheet stitched together from five operator dashboards, each with its own definitions, time zones and delays. By the time the numbers agree, the campaign decisions they should have informed are already made.
Analytics consolidates everything the Tracking module records into one consistent view with one set of definitions. No exports, no manual joins, no arguing with yourself about which dashboard is right.
- Replaces manual cross-operator spreadsheets
- Replaces per-program dashboards with inconsistent metrics
- Replaces end-of-month surprises with continuous funnel visibility
Connected to the rest of the platform
#Analytics reads directly from the Tracking module, so every postback and click ID that fires is already attributed when you look at it. Smartlink routing decisions can be judged against the deposits they produce, and the Ledger uses the same event stream, so the numbers you optimize against are the numbers you get paid against.
What the AI does here
The AI in Analytics watches your funnel baselines and raises anomaly alerts when something moves that should not. A postback stream that goes quiet, a geo whose click-to-FTD rate collapses, an offer that suddenly stops converting: these are the failures that quietly eat a month of traffic.
It does not make decisions for you. It tells you where to look, early, with the breakdown attached, so a broken tracking link or a silently changed offer term costs you hours instead of weeks.
Questions, answered
Where does the data come from?
From the Adfilius Tracking module. Clicks, registrations, deposits and validated FTDs arrive as tracked events, mostly via S2S postbacks, and Analytics attributes each one back to its originating click. There is no separate pixel or import step to maintain.
Does this replace operator dashboards?
For day-to-day decisions, yes: it gives you one consistent view across programs instead of one dashboard per operator. Operators remain the source of truth for their own validation rules, which is exactly why seeing your side of the funnel independently matters at reconciliation.
Why focus on FTDs instead of clicks?
Because clicks are a cost and FTDs are the event operators pay for. A source with fewer clicks and a better click-to-FTD ratio is worth more than a high-volume source that never deposits. Analytics is built around that hierarchy on purpose.
What counts as an anomaly?
A significant deviation from your own baseline: postback volume dropping on a live campaign, conversion rate falling off in a specific geo or offer, or a funnel stage going silent. Alerts are scoped to the breakdown where the deviation happened, not just a global number.
