Adfilius is business software for affiliates. It is not a gambling operator: it accepts no bets, holds no player funds and offers no gambling products. Nothing on this site is financial, legal or earnings advice, and no revenue outcome is promised or implied.

The website and program are for professionals aged 18 or over, acting in a business capacity. You may not use them where doing so would be unlawful for you.

You agree to use the site and program lawfully and honestly. Members must market responsibly: follow the advertising rules of every market they target, disclose commercial relationships, avoid misleading claims and never target minors or self-excluded audiences. We may suspend or end access for violations.

The Adfilius name, mark, website content and software are our property or licensed to us. You may quote our published guides with attribution and a link; you may not copy the site, scrape it at scale or pass our content off as yours.

The website and early access program are provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties and limit our liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or program. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
